Never give up - A partner who demonstrated tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile during difficult circumstances
Among the commendation given under these categories, Destination Puerto Rico was recognized in particular for their excellent planning, recovery and on-site services during Hurricane Maria which hit the destination in September 2017, one of the worst storms ever experienced on the island.
