COLUMBUS, OHIO – Marriott International, Inc. announced that a combined 122-suite SpringHill Suites and 140-suite TownePlace Suites hotel in Columbus, Ohio will open this Thursday, October 18, 2018. Located at 4048 Morse Road, the property is owned by Continental Real Estate Developers and will be managed by Concord Hospitality Enterprises of Raleigh, N.C. The four-story property will share 1,400 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool and a patio with Weber gas grills for guest comfort and convenience.

Located in the heart of the Easton Town Center, 10 miles from downtown Columbus and six miles from John Glenn Columbus International Airport, the dual-branded property offers guests convenient access to the Funny Bone Comedy Club, Legoland Discovery Center, as well as numerous corporate offices and headquarters.

"Attracting both business and leisure travelers, the Columbus area is an ideal location for this dual opening," said Janis Milham, Senior Vice President, Classic Select Brands for Marriott International. "Each brand offers distinct amenities and services that tailor to all visitors."

General Manager Katie Starek and Director of Sales Patty Frair, both of Concord Hospitality, will lead the management team at the new dual Marriott branded hotel.
