Well-known exhibitors and industry professionals from over 150 nations, who took part in this year’s 25th edition of the greatest travel and tourism exhibition of the Middle East, have explained the event as a major success.
More than 2,500 exhibitors and 40,000 industry professionals were present at the exhibition like luminaries, which was hosted at the Dubai World Trade Centre from April 22 to 26, with the theme: ‘Responsible Tourism and Sustainability’.
One of the participants who took part in the exhibition, the deputy ruler of Dubai, His Highness Shelkh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, observed that 2018’s event was an extraordinary success in terms of the number of attendees and professionals.
Maktoum inaugurated this year’s Arabian Travel Market (ATM) conference. This also marked the 25 year anniversary of the existence of the exhibition, also praised the organizers by mentioning that it would assist in improving the economy of the United Arab Emirate.
In his remark, Maktoum said: This year’s event is a lot different because of the number of the exhibitors present from all over the world,” adding that no doubt, the event would help increase the financial condition of Dubai and launder the tourism image of the country among the comity of nations.
Director of Shammal Communication, Nathalie Visele, on behalf of the organizers of the event, saw that “ATM is the leading international travel and tourism event in the Middle east, for inbound and out-bound tourism professionals.”
