Tourism phobia is happening in Mallorca with the anti tourism slogans, declaring a war against the tourists in this summer.

The vow among the protestors comes as 12 members of an action group face prosecution for an attack in an upmarket marina in the island’s capital. Arran Paisos Catalans, which admitted letting off flames by luxury yachts moored in Palma and throwing confetti at terrified restaurant diners last summer, say their protests are not a crime.

The tourism model of Mallorca and the whole of the Catalan countries is one of the main problems they suffer as a society. It was addressed in a social media page of the protestors in Spain. This page also addressed that the evidence of its disparaging logic and fighting to endanger its effects is not a crime.

The people of Spain are still at war to build a free society in which it is worth living.

There are 12 Spanish people said to have been involved in last July’s demos, which left tourists thinking there was some kind of terrorist attack, have been blamed for alleged crimes of public disorders, damages and threats. The attack was labelled “tourism phobia” at the time, but Arran Paisos says it is not against tourism, but its excess of the tourists arrival.

It says Mallorca and other holiday destinations are totally saturated in the summer months, providing problems for locals including packed beaches, traffic jams, anti-social behaviour, dirt and noise.

In other protest demonstrations, the tourist coaches were pelted by eggs, the tyres of tourist bikes were slashed with knives and locks of tourist establishments were superglued.

At the time, Arran Paisos posted a video of the marina protest and encouraged others to paralyse the mass tourism that destroys Mallorca.  In order of protest there are 20 protestors wearing Arran shirts burst into the Mar de Nudos restaurant in the Mallorcan capital of Palma in July. They threw confetti at customers. The group also held up huge posters with various messages like “Tourism kills Mallorca,” attacking what they describe as “the elite classes”.

The flares were then let off in front of the restaurant as part of the anti tourism demonstration. The 12 Arran members face court in March and could be fined €1,200 each.

Arran Paisos claims that no-one caused any damage to the restaurant or yachts and says they simply threw confetti at diners in the restaurants.

The tourists in United Kingdom are currently experiencing a Spain-wide backlash against their boozy clowning around as party hot spots across the continent crack down on drunken debauchery.
