There was a convention by the Cruise Planners in Cancun, Mexico, where it is announced that a new artificial intelligence program which includes the development of two Alexa Skills which will be compatible with Amazon devices for the home based travel agents.

Cruise Planners introduced New Alexa AI Program for the consumers and the tour operators. This year’s event, based around the theme “CP Ignite,” drew hundreds of Cruise Planners travel agents.

At the event, Cruise Planners showcased its newest technology solution, CP Maxx, its next-generation booking and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

CP Maxx is a now faster and more streamlined platform, was introduced with new features and benefits and was designed strategically with feedback directly from internal teams and the Cruise Planners Agent Technology Advisory Board.

CP Maxx will incorporate with the new Cruise Planners Alexa Skills designed for both Cruise Planners agents and their clients.

Developed in-house by Cruise Planners’ technology team, the Alexa Skills are intended to brace the connection between Cruise Planners travel agents and their clients.

Cruise Planners CEO and co-founder Michelle Fee said this new tools would allow the tour agents to spend more time growing their sales.

Cruise Planners continues to expand its business in luxury tourism resulting the maximum growth in 2017.

The executives from all the major ocean and river cruise brands in the world presented during the general session and hosted intimate the round table deliberations throughout the convention.
