After the recent tie-up with Melia, Duetto has managed another high-end hotel group customer in the Indian Ocean.

Duetto has signed up Constance Hotels and Resorts to work on new revenue strategy partnership.

The hotel technology specialist offers cloud based solutions to be used in seven resorts.

Constance Hotels & Resorts is known to have two properties in Mauritius,the Seychelles, the Maldives and a resort in Madagascar.

 

Duetto’s price optimization app GameChanger and intelligent reporting solution ScoreBoard will be used in more than 1,000 rooms of Maurituis-based Constance.

Duetto will yield rates more rapidly and with flexibility, drawing on web shopping regrets and denial data to measure the prices sensitivity.

 

ScoreBoard on the other hand will help Constance in compiling and centralizing minute by minute reports on performance data and forecast, customer report and deliver big-picture with just one click.

 

Patrick Bosworth, co-founder and chief executive of Duetto said that this agreement will fetch new benefits to revenue strategy in the luxury sector. He was pleased to have the high-caliber hotel company as the newest partner.

Jean-Jacques Vallet, chief executive at Constance Hotels & Resorts said that both the apps should have a meaningful impact on the strategy. Both the companies is expected to grow with value innovation.
